Shipping Policy
Orders are packed and shipped from our studio in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.

Shipping within Israel: 2–5 business days, door to door. Please make sure your phone number, apartment number, and floor are filled in at checkout so we can send tracking updates.

Framed prints: Most of our frames are made to order, so framed items take up to 14 business days to ship.

International shipping: We ship worldwide via Israel Post, and every package gets a tracking number. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Please wait for our message letting you know your order is ready before coming in.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, under the following conditions:
- Framed prints and custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
- Used items cannot be accepted.
- We're happy to offer store credit or an exchange for a similar item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 5% handling fee applies to all refunds.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
You can drop returns off at our Tel Aviv-Yafo store or mail them back to us — please contact us first to arrange it.

מדיניות משלוחים
ההזמנות נארזות ונשלחות מהסטודיו שלנו בתל אביב-יפו.

משלוח בתוך ישראל: 2–5 ימי עסקים, עד הבית. יש לוודא שמספר הטלפון, מספר הדירה והקומה מולאו בעת התשלום, כדי שנוכל לשלוח עדכוני מעקב.

הדפסים ממוסגרים: רוב המסגרות שלנו מיוצרות לפי הזמנה, ולכן משלוח פריטים ממוסגרים עשוי לקחת עד 14 ימי עסקים.

משלוח בינלאומי: אנו שולחים לכל העולם באמצעות דואר ישראל, וכל חבילה מקבלת מספר מעקב. אם ההזמנה מתעכבת או אובדת בדרך, צרו איתנו קשר ונשמח לעזור.

שעות פעילות: ימים א'–ה' 11:00–17:00, יום ו' 11:00–14:00 – בתיאום מראש בלבד
נא להמתין להודעה מאיתנו שההזמנה מוכנה, לפני ההגעה לחנות.
מדיניות החזרות והחלפות
ניתן להחזיר פריט תוך 14 יום ממועד קבלתו, בכפוף לתנאים הבאים:
- הדפסים ממוסגרים ופריטים בהזמנה אישית הם למכירה סופית ואינם ניתנים להחזרה.
- הפריט חייב להיות ללא שימוש, ללא סימני לבישה, ובאריזתו המקורית.
- פריטים שנעשה בהם שימוש לא יתקבלו בחזרה.
- נשמח להציע זיכוי כספי בחנות או החלפה לפריט דומה.
- דמי המשלוח אינם ניתנים להחזר, ובנוסף ינוכו 5% מסכום העסקה כדמי טיפול.
- הזיכוי יינתן באמצעי התשלום שבו בוצעה הרכישה.
ניתן להחזיר פריטים בחנות שלנו בתל אביב-יפו, או לשלוח אותם בדואר – יש ליצור איתנו קשר מראש לתיאום.
ביטול עסקה בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א-2010, וחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981.
